Sustainability in environmental remediation extends beyond compliance—it requires a strategic, data-driven approach that balances efficacy, cost-efficiency, and long-term environmental stewardship. This presentation will provide ENTACT’s perspective on integrating sustainability principles into remediation projects, focusing on best practices, innovative strategies, and key data collection methods that drive responsible decision-making. We will explore how sustainability is applied in real-world scenarios through project case studies, highlighting successful project execution, waste minimization, resource optimization, recycling and carbon footprint accounting. Attendees will gain insight into practical frameworks for sustainable remediation within the evolving regulatory and industry landscape. ENTACT is a SURF Sponsor and a national self-performer of environmental remediation and geotechnical construction services.
